Fallout Concept Character

Please don't be too hard on the critiques regarding the face. I don't draw many human faces, and if I do, I never release them anywhere. D:

Fallout 4 and it's new DLC caught me a little bit, even though Fallout 4 is a bad game, and the DLC is even worse, I made a character in that game. I had to.., since steam deleted my save files for some reason *cough*
Obviously, there isn't anything fallout'ish on her, the guns, armour and everything looks completely different, that's because A. I don't follow the examples strictly, and B. I've modded my game and went from that. (Whoo, PC master race.)
This is roughly just a coloured sketch with the most basic cell-shading done, I don't know where I wanna go with her, I just liked the look and decided to draw it. :v
